Hi! My name is Kate, I’m a junior at Miami University from the Bay Area, California! I'm a member of the product team for Machidoggo, mainly working on developing our goals, vision and brand! I’m majoring in IMS and Computer Science with a minor in economics. I hope to go into product design after graduation. I also have a six-month old puppy named Emmy!
Hengye "Frank" Xu
Scrum Master
Hi, I am Frank. I am a junior ETBD at Miami University from China. I am a big fan of video games and I am always interested in exploring and trying something new. For this project, I am the scrum master and responsible for the website design of this project.
Maya Yates
Product Manager/Design
Hi there! I'm Maya and I am a senior at Miami University from Cincinnati, OH. I am the product manager of the project and love dogs and coffee more than I probably should. I spent the first half of my college career at Kent State University (about 4 hours away) and thus know–although not as well as some of my teammates– how hard college can be and how much a good cup of coffee and a furry friend can help! I also have 4 dogs in my family, Janie (4), Juliet (3), Jovi (8 months) and Jasper (8 months).

I am from Cincinnati Ohio and am apart of the Macchidoggo team. I am majoring in IMS and minoring in marketing. In my free time I love to watch movies and play video games.
Chuqi Wang
Development Team/Digital Marketing
Hi, I'm Chuqi. I'm from China, and now is a junior at Miami University. My major is IMS and minor in Art Management. For this project, I am the member of the product team for Machidoggo. I love dogs, but because my family is allergic to dogs, I still don’t have my own dog.

Café Dogs
Chai
Golden Retriever: 2 years old
Chai is sweet golden retriever belonging to our owners. Mostly loves toast, tennis balls, and sleeping in odd spots around the café. She loves all people and tends to show that love with kisses and sometimes a bit of fur. She believes fur is just dog glitter and is her job to make our world sparkle.
Bean
French Bulldog: 7 years old
Bean is our resident grumpy cat impersonator. He tends to hang out mostly on the couches with our customers or staff. He loves food so the way to get Mr. Bean to like you is to give him a treat and you'll have a pal for life.
Mocha
Lab: 4 years old
Mocha here is our sweet and goofy greeter who is always happy to give kisses or play or just make as many friends as she possibly can. She is high energy and outgoing so feel free to ask if you can take her outside to play in the yard nearby.
Caramel (nickname Mellie)
Dachshund: 1 year old
Mellie is a young weiner dog who is sweet, playful and mischievous. She has no personal boundaries, and often sulks if her favourite toy or blanket is taken away to be washed. She thoroughly enjoys playing with empty cups, which is maybe why she has developed a taste for coffee, giving her all the zoomies.
